Support between cats only works when it remains consistent over time.

The FELIWAY Friends Refill is used to continue the shared environmental support established by the diffuser itself in multi-cat households where tension, distance, or social unease has begun to affect daily life.

Each refill provides approximately 30 days of continuous coverage and is designed for use with the FELIWAY Friends Diffuser unit.

This is not a stronger version of support or a separate behavioural solution. It is simply the continuation of an approach already in place.

If tension between cats continues despite ongoing support, the more important question becomes why the relationship within the home still feels unstable — not whether additional pheromone alone will resolve it.

Usage guidance
