Returns & Guarantees

Our position

WellCat curates a deliberately small range of products, selected for their veterinary relevance, quality, and consistency of outcome.

If something you receive isn’t right, we want to know — and we will act fairly and promptly.

Food satisfaction guarantee

All cat food sold by WellCat is covered by a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If your cat refuses the food, you may request a refund.
Please contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

This guarantee reflects our confidence in the veterinary diets we choose to stock, and our understanding that acceptance matters as much as formulation.

Products with extended guarantees

The following products are also covered by an extended satisfaction guarantee:

  • 4CYTE™ (Interpath)

  • Feliway® Diffuser, Spray, and Friends Diffuser

If you have a concern about any of these items, please contact us and we’ll advise the appropriate next steps.

All other products

For all other items, WellCat operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is not as described

  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and advise on resolution. For minor issues, we ask that you contact us within 30 days of receipt where practical.

Important notes

  • We are unable to accept returns for change of mind

  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation email)

  • Returned items must follow the process we provide, as some products cannot be safely resold or returned once opened

Many concerns can be resolved without a return.
