Which type of bowl would your cat choose if it went into a pet store - Plastic? Metal? Raised? Paired?
They would head straight to the staff kitchen, and look for a single, flat, ceramic or porcelain plate.
Deep bowls irritate cats’ whiskers, plastic can inflame their skin, and metal can leave a strange taste.
Go flat, go plate.
