Felpreva is the parasite prevention we reach for first at WellCat. But it isn't appropriate for every cat.

NexGard Spectra is an option for younger cats, and the option we recommend for breeding, pregnant and lactating cats because it is licensed for use during these life stages.

It provides broad protection against major internal and external parasites and is given monthly rather than every three months. This allows more frequent reassessment during life stages when circumstances can change quickly.

This is not a lesser alternative. It is the appropriate choice for particular cats at particular stages of life.

For adult cats under 2.5 kg, choose the 0.8–2.4 kg formulation.
