This journal is for noticing.

A yearly record of living alongside your cat — small observations, shifts in behaviour, changes in routine, and moments that only reveal their meaning over time. There is no prescribed structure; attention, rather than instruction, shapes what is recorded.

Early changes are often subtle. Minor alterations in behaviour can appear ordinary in isolation, yet become meaningful when seen in pattern.

Used gradually, the journal becomes a personal record — not a log of events, but a trace of patterns, questions, and quiet continuity. Simple and tactile, it invites use without pressure, sitting comfortably among books, conversations, and lived experience.

Each journal is fabric-covered and made individually. Natural variation in cover pattern, binding, and button detail is part of the process. A string-and-button closure holds loose items — receipts, photographs, notes — alongside entries. Buttons vary; always black.
